Il Tabacchificio is a unique example in "Salento" of the restauration of an industrial architecture.It originates from an old tobacco manufacture of the 20's and still maintains all the characteristics of that time, such as the wonderful star-vaults.The hotel is situated in the higher part of Gagliano del Capo, at 1 km from the coast and 2 km from Santa Maria di Leuca. The restaurant "Le Campate" is composed of two areas; a wide dining-room with its famous star-vaults, and an outside area, near the swimming-pool, to enjoy the breeze of salentine evenings.
